On Monday, February 23rd, the cake cutting of the European Union of small and medium enterprises of Greece (EUMU-HELLAS) took place in the TITANIA Hotel.
The former Minister of Development Mr. Christos Folias was awarded an honorary plaque by the Chairman of the EUMU-HELLAS Mr. Dimitris Maos and received the honorary first copy of the acts of the Paneuropean meeting of EUMU-EUROPE and EUMU-HELLAS.
At the event honoured by the presence of over two hundred businessmen and representatives of state agencies and political parties, the majority of the speakers referred to matters of support, reinforcement, and to the consequences of the global economic crisis on small and medium enterprises, which are the backbone of the Greek economy.
Dr. Markos Perrakis formally announced the begin of the cooperation between Fractality and EUMU in issues of Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Quality Systems Management, Development and European Subsidy Programmes.
The former Minister of Development referred to the commitments and measures taken by the Greek Government to tackle the crisis, to strengthen the liquidity of the banking system, to accelerate and activate operational NSRF programmes and increase resources to be directed towards small and medium-sized enterprises.
