You will also find out how to spark interest in your topic and how to cope with those who disrupt your work. You will learn effective techniques that will allow you to cope with challenging interlocutors and training participants.

Tell me, and I will forget. Show me, and I may remember. Involve me, and I will understand.” – Confucius

Day fifth covers all practicalities involved in a trainer’s job, from marketing to the layout of chairs in a room, as your role is not just to arrange for a training session to take place, but to provide its participants with an optimal learning setting. This session will help you build your own trainer know-how. You will receive all the tools needed to be an effective trainer. You are going to learn how to work with clients; how to develop and organize training programs; and how to run group learning sessions. You will learn how to deliver presentations and design interesting interactive trainings. You will be handed effective methods, compelling metaphors, engrossing games and potent techniques.

“In intercultural communities, there is comprehensive mutuality, reciprocity, and equality.”
