This training, based on the concept of emotional intelligence, helps participants to deal with emotions – especially challenging emotions – both of themselves and of their clients or employees, and to improve well-being at workplaces by taking care of the copying and emotional skills through qualitative trainings.

Diana Rucli is a professional trainer, counselor and consultant, owner of Studio Rucli in Udine. She has a humanistic and psycho-sociological education (University Padua and Studio APS Milan), with special expertise in vocational guidance and skills assessment, training in social skills development and organizational management for individuals, groups
and organizations. She has more than twenty years experience in training and consultancy, gained by working for several organizations in Italy and in Europe and collaborating with international organizations active in the promotion of psychological and emotional wellbeing.
Since 2002 she has been director of IFOTES (International Federation of Telephone Emergency Services), particularly involved in international trainings, projects and organization of conferences on emotional support, interpersonal communication and coping skills. She is member of AIF – Italian Association of Trainers, and certified to the methodologies Retravailler and ADVP.
