Who We Are

Fractality is an organizational development training services provider based in Greece.

Fractality takes a human-centered approach to organizational learning, cultural transformation, stakeholder engagement and the many challenges faced by organizations. Our organizational development training services empower and boost employee commitment and collaboration.

We aim to use our expertise in group facilitation and leadership development for meaningful change locally and globally.

Our Philosophy

When fractals in nature are resonant, energy is generated. Likewise, when people in a group resonate with each other, dynamic and transformative growth can occur.

At Fractality, we help you grasp the energy of organizational development by going to the heart of it: Human potential. We do this by working with the principles and methods of appreciative inquiry in our training programmes.

Why appreciative inquiry? Because it’s a proven collaborative process for (re)discovering the things that work well to (re)activate synergies and resonances among members of the group.

By encouraging and guiding the energy of the group, our training sessions catalyze transformation in organizational performance.

Fractal

The fractal is a type of unique, efficiently spaced, replicating pattern of growth or change from macro to micro scale found in nature. Fractals abound such as in the way flowers grow, snowflakes are shaped and branches on a tree form.

Adaptive systems

The fractal is a concept and metaphor for the way complex adaptive systems in organizations emerge and self-organize. Fractals show how the interaction of simple structures produces dynamic processes.

Appreciation

Appreciation is the key to stimulating resonance between people. Like fractals in nature, resonance generates creative energy and growth.

Fractality specializes in organizational development services and training founded upon a strengths-based appreciative inquiry approach.
