Applying for Erasmus+ funding

Application process

Interested in applying for Erasmus+ funding for one of our workshops? We can support you in this process. Here is a summary of the process:

1. Send us a message to let us know you’re interested or if you have questions  at Contact Us

2. Find your National Agency. The national agencies select the Erasmus+ applications to be funded and provide support during the process of application. Contact your national agency to make sure you are applying to the correct agency and to clarify the conditions of participation.

3. Register your organisation on the European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS) if you are not already registered.

4. Log in to the Participant Portal with your ECAS account details and register your organisation on the Unique Registration Facility (URF) to obtain your unique Participant Identification Code (PIC) if you are not already registered. The European Commission has produced a Participant Portal User Manual  to guide you through the portal registration process.

5. Download the application form at the site of your national agency and feel free to ask for assistance as needed.

6. Fill in the application form and submit it to your national agency according to instructions by the deadline.

7. Inform us as soon as you have news about the approval or rejection of your funding application.

All our training courses are designed to align with the Erasmus+ quality criteria and to address the various priorities of the programme.
