Integral Empowerment

Integrating body, heart, mind and spirit

Course description

Integral Empowerment is a workshop for promoting the conscious, integral development of the body, heart, mind, and spirit in harmony with oneself, culture and nature. The concept of integral development assumes that we achieve optimal results when we take care of development in the most important human dimensions. We look forward to supporting you on your way to becoming a beautiful and healthy person surrounded by love and respect, wise and active, developing professionally and fulfilling yourself in life by following your own path.

Methodology

In classic workshop form, we use conversational methods on the integral path to ourselves, the path of Integral Empowerment.

We use both Ken Wilber’s integral theory and his AQAL model which introduces order into our experience and allows us to track and manage the direction of changes. We use as well the latest research in psychology, neurobiology, phenomenology, hermeneutics, cultural studies, ethnology and spirituality.

Workshop

Benefits

There are three points on our journey together, you choose where you want to start:

  • Create a vision of yourself and your life based on love, joy, well-being and health then consistently and boldly pursue it.
  • Learn the ability to live your life happily and positively in every moment.
  • Love and accept yourself as you are, take full responsibility for your life and your fate and do not expect anything from others.

Programme

The programme is flexible and will be tailored to the experience and requirements of the participants.  Each day is dedicated to one of the four basic dimensions through which we experience the world:

The first day is devoted to getting to know each other and defining our own needs that we want to work on.

  • Opening and introduction
  • Opening Rounds
  • Getting to know each other
  • Expectations Round
  • Setting up the Agenda
  • Formulations and presentations

Local Evening – welcome reception

We work together on the first perspective of perceiving subjectively perceived reality: I-space. Are we analyzing phenomena, phenomena that appear in our space of consciousness?

We learn to observe our thoughts, concepts, energy, body, and learn about the contents of our JA-space, which are often pushed into the shadows and projected onto others.

  • Check in Opening Round
  • Warming Up Exercises
  • Plenary session – Sharing and processing round
  • Cultivating a generative approach – Workouts
  • Formulation of working groups and Journaling

We work on the second perspective of objectively perceived reality. Do I know what my body says about me?
How I encode and process information so that it effectively reaches the recipient. The human being is a constantly evolving system. Do you know your “biological software”?

  • Morning Check in Opening Round
  • Flow movement exercises
  • Sharing and processing round for the whole group
  • Practicing ‘Appreciative Conversations’- Workouts
  • Developmental model I ( Ken Wilber & Robert Kegan)
  • Workouts II
  • Processing round for the whole group
  • Sharing

We work on the third perspective of perceiving the collective reality from the inside: MY-space. This internal perspective of community (marriage, family, professional group or community …) works unconsciously in our relationship with others and has a huge impact on our communication. Here it is important to know, among others displaced family problems or traumatic history of one’s own country.

Are you aware of these phenomena? What we believe to be good and appropriate is culturally conditioned and depends on our level of development and awareness.

Do I know these collective values? During dialogue do I feel connected with the other person? If so, why?

  • Morning Check in Opening Round
  • Mindfulness Exercises
  • Fishbowl process
  • Circling & Flow process

We work on the fourth perspective of perceiving reality analyses the external behaviour of the system as a whole. In order to understand the system, society, company or our own family, we must understand their structure and logic of operation. Both the internal and external logic of a system have a strong influence on us and our operation in this system.

What is taboo in the system and what can be passed on? Why do these and not other values lie at the base of our actions? What is the structure of the system? Am I aware of this?

We will invest the last day of the workshop on the integration of knowledge and experience and evaluation. We will create an action plan for the future in the form of a personal integral life plan that will help you to consistently implement new methods of action and ways of thinking.
