Next Stage World gathering practical dimensions of your leadership
Course description
Next Stage World gathers a global community of practitioners and leaders, entrepreneurs and teams establishing themselves in ‘new work’ habits of working and being. Together with other next-stage practitioners and innovators, you bend the beam of your observation into the practical dimensions of your leadership from the interior work of developing self and embodying self-led culture to the exterior work of structure and process of organizations.
At this gathering, the programme is driven by the cases, questions and contexts of the participants. The content is adapted to the needs and questions of the participants day by day. Focus is more on improving the questions than needing to know answers.
This is for people yearning to explore next stage organising and the next stage of self and wanting to interact and learn from a wider community.
Methodology
The course builds on proven methods for positive change:
- Appreciative Inquiry and Action Learning
- Holocratic and Sociocratic Elements
- Art of Hosting Collaborative Change Processes

- Organisational Systemic Constellations (Representations)
- Living Strategy Framework for leadership teams
- Warm Data Labs
Participants receive a toolkit of methods transferable to educational settings.

Benefits
Your Burning Questions + Community Intelligence = Evolutionary Action
In every Next Stage World gathering participants bring their most urgent challenges and pressing questions to the fore. Using processes that engage the collective intelligence in the room, we capture and harvest our insights and make our learning visible across individual, organizational, and ecosystemic levels. From these insights we further refine our questions, discover new insights and resources, and commit to action.
The Next Stage World gathering supports the transformation of your thinking, your business models and your impact. Our holistic process of facilitation helps you see more of the complexity in which your organisation operates. It will stretch you as a leader to your own next stage and developmental edge.
